Managing Director, Brokerage Services & New Business Development
Andrew is responsible for the sales management of Friedman Brokerage Company. In this capacity he oversees the revenue and personnel growth of the brokerage service line in the Friedman offices throughout the country.
During his career Andrew has worked in all facets of commercial real estate including brokerage, acquisition and development, property management and construction. He has a working knowledge of site identification and analysis, debt and equity sourcing, commercial construction and repositioning commercial assets through renovation and branding. Andrew has extensive experience with retail specifically having represented tenants such as Verizon Wireless, Chase Bank, Navy Federal Credit Union, Taco Bell, Arby’s and Darden Restaurants. He has been involved in the development of both anchored and unanchored shopping centers as well the purchase of older shopping centers which he rebranded, re-tenanted and ultimately sold. He has worked throughout the Southwest and Midwest markets.
Andrew is a graduate of Michigan State University and the Eli Broad College of Business in East Lansing, Michigan. He holds employing brokerage licenses in Michigan, Colorado, Iowa, North Dakota, and Louisiana and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
