The ± 100-acre development will include 1,292 multifamily units, 95,000 square feet of commercial space (retail/office/medical) and extensive greenspace. The development allows for numerous uses including quick service restaurants, full-service restaurants, fitness, health & beauty, end caps with drive-thru, and outdoor seating.
Northland City Center will include new construction along Greenfield Road with the largest contiguous space of 36,000 square feet and an abundance of both above an underground parking.
