The Crosswoods portfolio contains 5 separate office buildings located 15 miles North of Columbus’ CBD; One Crosswoods, Two Crosswoods, Five Crosswoods, Crossgate Office Center and Crosswoods Tech. The properties suffered from outdated looks, cracked parking lots, leaky roofs, and low occupancy.
Solutions
Since obtaining the assignment Friedman has completed extensive renovations; including the installation of HVAC units, roof and parking lot repairs, upgraded lobbies, a computer monitored security and fire system, as well as modernizing the facades of each building.
Results
Friedman’s teams approached this assignment with dramatic re-positioning, intensive marketing, and aggressive leasing leading to 100% occupancy in Five Crosswoods and over 95% occupancy in both One and Two Crosswoods.
